This Christmas was great. It was one of the best Christmas' that I've had. I got everything that I asked for, some DVDs, CDs, a DSLR handbook (for cameras) and a Canon telephoto lens that has 75-300mm. I opened presents, visited my great aunt, saw Katie, visited mis abuelos, went out to try out the new lens at the cemetary down the street, and then went over my aunt's house for the usual family gathering on my mother's side of the family (my father's side is the night before on Christmas Eve). I haven't had much to say on here for a while because I've basically been working since I've gotten back from UConn or hanging out with friends/girlfriend. Hopefully, life will be more eventful now that I know that all of my friends are home from college. Anyway, here are three pictures from yesterday that I took with the new lense. They aren't great; I still have to figure out the aperture (how much is in focus in the picture and how much is out of focus) because it's a lot different then the standard lens that came with my camera. Anyway, I still like how these ones came out.

 

Long time

I know I haven't posted in a long time but I really haven't had much to post. Finals start on Monday. Tonight in 13 minutes at 10:00 P.M. quiet hours begin. They last 24/7 until the end of the semester. This means that basically I can't be as loud as I usually am and have to keep my door closed so I don't disturb anyone else who is studying. I don't like being quiet. Especially keeping my music at a tolerable level. Luckily throughout the rest of the semester, nobody cares. 

It snowed this morning. It covered the ground pretty fast. Ummmmm, I went ice skating with Kate Liz and Ryan. It was pretty fun. I am terrible at it though but whatever.
