at So, I've decided to type up some of my plans for the future so I get them done.  After the more immediate plans, I included a sort of a check list of stuff I want to do before I die, which I got the idea from Sean a couple years back and have decided to post it here. Not all of the things on the checklist I expect to do. Most of them I probably won't. But if I have it written down, there is more chance that I will get them done.

I want to save up money for a few things: an external camera flash, Xbox 360, tripod, a 3 or 4 day trip to Peru (more specifically Machu Pichu and the city of Cusco) that I want to visit within the next two or three years, at least a weeklong trip back to Ireland and possibly also Liverpool in England two summers from now, and I want to save up enough money to buy another car in case mine ever randomly stops working and I'm left without a car. Here's the other checklist that I made two years ago and I have things checked off if I've done them. I've basically taken Sean's list and modified it a little.

( ) travel to Greece

( ) travel to italy

(x) travel to ireland

(x) travel to england

( ) visit all 48 continental states (i think 17 so far)

( ) own my own house

( ) go hiking in Europe

( ) own a '73 Dodge Charger and fix it up to be nice

( ) travel to chicago

(x) travel to niagara falls

(x) see the rocky mountains

(x) visit yellowstone

( ) visit all the famous national parks in our country

( ) travel to niagara falls again, but with friends

( ) Visit jim morrison's grave

(x) visit strawberry fields in central park

( ) Go to Abbey Rd Studios

(x) Visit Liverpool, England

(x) Spend a day with a complete stranger and become good friends

( ) travel to the Carribean (I've been to Puerto Rico, but I don't know if I consider that the Carribean)

( ) go scuba diving

(x) go snorkelling among a coral reef

( ) swim in the Mediterranean Sea

( ) learn to sail

( ) see the egyptian pyramids

( ) see the pyramids in Guatemala and mexico

( ) meet anthony keidis from Red Hot Chili Peppers

( ) meet Brian May, the guitarist from Queen

( ) meet any comedians i like

( ) graduate college

(x teach history) decide what i wanna do in college

( ) own something autographed by all four of the Beatles

( ) party on the rooftop of a skyscraper

(x) see a Broadway show

( ) go to the top of the Sears Tower

(x) go hiking out west

(x) understand how to get around nyc

(x) buy a professional digital camera

( ) go snowboarding at least once

( ) own a rickenbacker 325 (john lennon's guitar during the early years and also john fogerty)

( ) spend NYE in Times Square

( ) attend the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade
