Dinner in Little Italy

Last night, I was lucky enough to eat dinner in New York's Little Italy with Steph.  We went to this great place called Amici II, where we were their only customers so we got their full attention.  They had great wine, great food, great service, and the classic Little Italy atmosphere.  While I've only been to a few restaurant on Mulberry Street thus far, at this point, Amici II has been my favorite.  After a filling meal we walked around a for bit and checked out some of the nearby shops.  It was a late night for a weekday, but with the help of Red Bull we pulled it off.

I'd like to start  to start getting a group of friends to go out to dinner in New York every other week or something.  It's a painless 50 minute drive from my place, and it's no more expensive then going out to dinner at a local chain restaurant.   If you're interested, definitely let me know.  When you're living within driving distance of one of the greatest cities in the world, you should really be taking advantage of it.
