A Tooth-like Object

When I was at the wedding last weekend I noticed that my ankle was starting to swell up. As the day went on the pain increased and I was able to spend less and less time on my feet. Some people didn't believe me that my ankle was hurting when I turned down a few dances, but I swear it was killing me!
That night I decided to go down to the emergency room. I learned that the ER at 11pm on a Saturday night is a favorite gathering place for all the valley's low-lifes and scum. I had a shirtless drunk on one side who was complaining that the cops tazed him one time too many, and on my other side was another drunk threating to beat up one of the paramedics while a small child was playing right next to him. A small brawl broke out once the guy finally took a swing at him. All I wanted to do was get out of the there.
About 2 hours later the doctor finally took a look at my ankle. I was given a shot of antibiotics in the arm and then he numbed up my foot and cut open the spot that looked infected. He found something that looked like a tooth under my skin and told me I had cellulitis of the foot, which is basically a nasty infection that's underneath the skin. I don't recall being bit by anything, but I swear this thing looked exactly like a tooth. It's about a week later now and it still isn't healed, but the swellings completely gone down. It's definitely one of the strangest injuries I've ever had.
